Welcome from Gavin Perrett

I’m delighted to welcome you to Will Protect. We know that working through estate planning for you and your family and writing a will can be challenging. Contemplating one’s own death is no easy thing, but my team and I believe that estate planning should be a positive process.

Once completed, you will have peace of mind in the knowledge that your estate will be left to the people who matter to you the most, in the most tax efficient way. And that your final wishes will be carried out.

We offer two levels of service beginning with our DIY wills to our estate planning service which could include trusts to manage complex financial or family circumstances, which we have tailored to you so that you have the best options for you.

As a business owner, continuity is important, so we offer estate planning for business too.

We offer Lasting powers of Attorney for health and welfare, finance and property and business, as well as probate.

My team and I are here to support you during your time with us, whether that is to create your own will, or to support you through probate and the execution of the will of a loved one
